Competition T’s & C’s

- Entries are valid until midnight on 31st May 2020
- The prize is valid until 31st May 2020
- The prize may not be exchanged for cash or transferred
- Entrants must be over 18 years of age
- The winner will be announced no later than 31st May 2020
- The Design Group reserves the right to publish the name of the winner
- No substitution of a prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted.
- Each supplier will be couriering the prize to you – should there be a courier charge, the winner will be liable for the cost
- All deliveries will be done once lockdown requirements allow
- The Design Group shall have no liability for the winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
- By entering The Design Group competition you agree to receive future correspondence from The Design Group. There will be no spam and an option to opt out will be available on receipt of any correspondence.
- Any deviation from the T’s & C’s and/or attempt to manipulate the outcome of the prize will result in disqualification.
